Liability insurance:

Liability insurance premiums are 100% paid for by E.W. Wylie Corporation.
$5,000.00 deductible

Physical Damage Insurance:

$2.94 per $1000.00 value of the truck and trailer. Premium paid and deducted monthly.
$1000.00 deductible.

Cargo Insurance:

Cargo insurance premiums are 100% paid for by E.W. Wylie Corporation.
$ 5,000.00 deductible

Bobtail Insurance:

Available at a cost of $ 44.00 per month.

Deductible Reimbursement Program:

Available at a cost of $ 31.00 per month. Reduces deductable on liability, cargo, and accident site clean up to $ 1,000.00.
