• 1 year minimum verifiable OTR experience prior 3 years.
• Must be able to pass a DOT drug test and physical.
• No DUI or positive drug screen in a commercial vehicle - EVER.
• No DUI or positive drug screen on your current MVR or work history.
• No reckless driving or careless driving offenses prior 5 years.
• Must be able to pass physical requirements of the job.

Tractor Requirements:

1. 2002 or newer model trucks. *at time of leasing.
2. 3 axle sleeper cab, diesel powered, cabover or conventional.
3. Tractor must pass a complete company paid safety inspection at time of leasing.
4. Must be able to haul 48,000 pound payload.
5. Must have a business-like paint color and pass our visual inspection.

Trailer Requirements:

1. 1996 or newer model trailers. *at time of leasing.
2. Must be 48 foot spread axle trailer.
3. Must have air ride suspension.
4. Trailer must pass a complete company paid safety inspection at time of leasing.

Flatbed Equipment Requirements:

1. ractor mounted headache rack which meets DOT requirements.

$1.00 per mile plus fuel surcharge (Average 1.30 for all miles)

Your trailer
$1.05 per mile plus fuel surcharge(Average 1.35 for all miles)

The fuel surcharge is calculated weekly(every Monday) based on the national price of fuel, the fuel surcharge is paid on both loaded and empty miles.

Liability insurance:

Liability insurance premiums are 100% paid for by E.W. Wylie Corporation.
$5,000.00 deductible

Physical Damage Insurance:

$2.33 per $1000.00 value of the truck and trailer. Premium paid and deducted monthly.
$1000.00 deductible.

Cargo Insurance:

Cargo insurance premiums are 100% paid for by E.W. Wylie Corporation.
$ 5,000.00 deductible

Bobtail Insurance:

Available at a cost of $39.00 per month.

Deductible Reimbursement Program:

Available at a cost of $25.00 per month. Reduces deductable on liability, cargo, and accident site clean up to $ 1,000.00.

Occupational Accident Insurance:

Occupational Accident Insurance is required.
